We welcome new enrolments. Gonville School does not have an enrolment scheme or enrolment zone. You may enrol your tamaiti at any time.

Our learning day runs from 9am-3pm with breaks from 10.40-11am and 12.30-1.25pm. 

Our office is available between 8.30am and 3.15pm. Please be patient if we are unable to respond immediately - there are times when we are supporting tamariki. An answer phone system is available.​​​​​​​

Our school uniform can be purchased from Andersons.

We are part of the Lunches in Schools programme. Tamariki only need to bring morning tea. Please notify the office of any dietary requirements. ​​​​​​​

We are a sunsmart school. Regulation hats are compulsory for all children in terms 1 & 4. Sheltered play areas are provided for children without hats. Regulation bucket hats can be purchased from the school office. We recommend all children apply sunscreen before coming to school. 

Please notify the office of absences. Leave your child’s name, room number and reason for absence. You can contact the office directly by phone or email. Alternatively you can submit an absence using the Edge app.

We know there will be times when you will need to collect children early or drop something to your child. All adults must check in at the office.

If your child requires medication at any time, please contact the office and complete the relevant documentation.

We need to be able to contact you in cases of emergency. Please keep us informed of changes to contact information.

If you have a concern, we ask that you make an appointment with the classroom teacher and discuss the issue. If the matter is unresolved,  please make an appointment with the Principal.
